Who we are

Iris Bridal is a bridal boutique based in Ireland. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit our website, contact us or make an appointment.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Iris Bridal, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, appointment details and any information you choose to provide when contacting us or booking an appointment.

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, arrange your appointment or provide the service you have requested.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage appointments, communicate with you about your booking and provide the services you request. We may also use information to improve our website, understand how visitors use it and measure our marketing, where applicable.

Acuity Scheduling & Squarespace

Our website is hosted by Squarespace and our bridal appointments are managed through Acuity Scheduling. Information provided when making an appointment may be processed through these services to allow us to manage your booking and provide our services.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to help it function properly and to understand how visitors use our site. Where required, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies, including analytics or marketing technologies.

We may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve our online experience. If we introduce advertising tools such as Meta Pixel, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy accordingly.

Sharing your information

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website, manage appointments and provide our services, including Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling and, where applicable, analytics or marketing providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you and, where applicable, to request that it is corrected, deleted or that its use is restricted.

Depending on the circumstances, you may also have the right to object to certain uses of your information, request a copy of your personal information, or withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent.

If you have concerns about how we handle your personal information, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Commission (DPC), Ireland’s supervisory authority for data protection.

PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT

We respect the private nature of the bridal experience.

Photographs or video taken during appointments or other Iris Bridal activities will not be used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Where we wish to use an identifiable image of you for promotional purposes, we will seek your consent before doing so.

You may choose not to have your image used for marketing, and this will not affect the service you receive from Iris Bridal.

How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as we are required to keep it by law. When information is no longer needed, we will securely delete it.
